Dawn Arnold
Dawn has been able to set herself apart by being the GO-TO agent for everything Commercial Real Estate in the Paducah area! Nonetheless, she also loves working with home buyers and sellers!
Dawn grew up in Metropolis, IL and attended Western Kentucky University on a Women’s Golf Scholarship. After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, she went on to earn a Master’s Degree and her Kentucky Real Estate license. She moved back to Paducah in 2015 and hit the ground running in the real state business. Her intimate knowledge of this area and experiences, gave her enthusiasm and a desire to make her home, your home!
Dawn began her career working for the late Mike Falconite, one of Paducah’s and the TriState area’s largest and most well-respected developers. Dawn joined Falconite Development Group in December 2015 as their Marketing Specialist. Two years later, she became their Principal Broker. Dawn says, “I owe a profound debt of gratitude to the entire Falconite Development family, which includes not only Mike, but Nicki Falconite Roof and Angela Turner. I’m truly grateful for the encouragement of Nicki and Angela as I begin this new chapter. Relationships made through my work at Falconite Development have provided me with a strong foundation to build my career upon.”
From Falconite to Arnold Realty Group, Dawn has been able to build her career by welcoming 150+ new businesses into commercial spaces in the area and selling many residential homes. As she began Arnold Realty Group in May 2019, Dawn carried on those relationships made and works diligently for her clients, while upholding the highest ethical standards.
In summer 2019, Dawn married Justin Arnold on the top of Aspen Mountain in Colorado and gained her wonderful stepdaughter, Baleigh. They now have another wonderful daughter, Harper. Justin owns and operates Frontier Shed Co, a portable building manufacturer.
Dawn advises, “Something I’ve learned & strive to teach my agents, is the importance of your relationship with other agents. I work hand-in-hand with my local real estate agents to find what my client needs — often times not yet on the market. Paducah is home to many amazing agents with whom I’m proud to work with and learn from!”
